Boagworld is not primarily a technology show, the emphasis is on news, features and interviews, aimed at helping those running and developing websites.
Each episode lasts from 45 minutes to 90 minutes and is presented by Paul Boag and Marcus Lillington from UK based web design company Headscape. The show offers a great mix of design and development topics, a touch of humor and giving an insight into how a high-end design company works and runs.
On air from 2005, Boagworld is the longest running and most popular web design podcast , and as such should not be missed.

It is quite possibly the most detailed and in-depth podcast on this list, offering interviews with prominent web designers (including Matt Mullenweg of WP fame), tackling web issues, tips and tutorials for almost every possible language, discussing web trends and offering advice on accessibility and web standards. Any serious web designer should subscribe to this podcast, it is regularly updated, and you even have the bonus of being able to read the transcript on SitePoint’s web site.
User Interface Engineering is a research, training, and consulting firm specializing in web site and product usability. The founder of UIE and podcast host is Jared M. Spool. If you’ve ever seen Jared speak about usability, you know that he’s probably the most effective and knowledgeable communicator on the subject today. He’s been working in the field of usability and design since 1978, before the term "usability" was ever associated with computers.

OK, this not really a web development podcast, more of a show dedicated to typography (you might have guessed by the title). Typeradio has been on air from 2004, brought to you by Donald Beekman, Liza Enebeis aka LoveLiza and Underware and is a very funny show, and of course informative.
